RENTAL POLICIES

1.  All leases are for one year and do have the military clause.

2.  Everyone over 18 must be on the lease

3.  Application fee of $25 with $5 for each additional applicant

4.  Credit check is required. 

5.  Income Verification.

6.  Minimum of one month's rent for security deposit.

7.  Pet's accepted with most properties with $200 non-refundable fee per pet.

8.  Must have picture id.

MANAGEMENT POLICIES

1.  Full turn key service

2.  We handle all maintenance.  Only using licensed and insured contractors.

3.  We thoroughly screen all applicants.

4.  We take late paying tenants to court each month.

5.  We handle all paperwork with year end statements to make your taxes easier.

6.  Our commission is 10% of money collected.
